Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

Byron Inc. ("the Company") establishes the following basic policy to completely sever any relations with anti-social forces in order to fulfill our corporate social responsibility and ensure public safety.
1. Organizational Response
Severance of relations with anti-social forces will be handled as an organization-wide response under the Representative Director. The Company will also ensure the safety of employees who deal with unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
2. Complete Severance of All Relations Including Business
The Company will not maintain any business relationships or other relations with anti-social forces. We will not conduct business with companies that are recognized as having anti-social force involvement in their management.
3. Rejection of Unreasonable Demands
The Company will firmly reject and refuse any unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
4. Prohibition of Fund Provision
The Company will not provide any funding, favors, or other benefits to anti-social forces.
5. Cooperation with External Specialized Organizations
In the event of unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, the Company will cooperate with external specialized organizations such as the police, attorneys, and anti-organized crime centers to respond systematically.
6. Civil and Criminal Legal Action
The Company will take both civil and criminal legal action against unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
